ABOUT DEVINE EXPRESSION EVENTS
Devine Expression Events was established in 2007 by Eleanor Washington certified event consultant. With her creative mind she started her career by planning weddings, birthday parties, family reunions, and community events for friends and family. By planning these activities she developed a natural ability to create memorable events.
She was referred by those same friends and family to those who inquired about and event consultant. Each time she stated that she did not plan events professionally but would help anyway she could. That was until someone told her that she had heard nothing but good things about her events, she also told her that she should consider becoming a professional and start her own company. Eleanor gave a great deal of thought to the suggestion and decided to start Devine Expressions Events.
Since the staff at Devine Expression Events has developed excellent relationships with Washington, DC metropolitan areas premier vendors. This often allows us to design the event of our clients dream at a cost that fits their budget.
PLANNING SERVICES
We provide a variety of services to suit the budgets, tastes and needs of our clients.
Day Of Event Supervision - A member of our staff will schedule two meetings with you. During the meeting you will provide them with the needed event details to include vendor information. On the day of your event we will arrive at the location discussed in your meeting and ensure everything goes as you plan.
Event Consultation - This is for the client that wants to design their event but don't know where to start. We will meet with you initially to discuss your event to determine how we can help you. We will schedule two or three meeting with you after the first depending on your needs. Additional meeting can be scheduled if we or the client determines it is needed.
Full Service Event Planning - This service is ideal for the client that wants their event to be perfect, however he or she does not have the time to plan it. We will meet with you over several meetings where we will discuss your vision. Our staff will assist you to plan your event from start to finish to bring the event that you envisioned to life.

Expression of Love
Our staff realizes that for the groom planning how to pop the question is just as if not more stressful for him as the bride planning their wedding. Because of this Devine Expression Events offers a service that most Event planners do not offer.
Our Expression of Love package provides assistance to the nervious would be groom in planning the perfect proposal.We do this by meeting with the groom to find out a little information about the couple. This information allows us to plan the perfect setting for the future groom to pop the question.

Your engagement is a special time that you should enjoy to the fullest. Don't spend it stressing out about your wedding details. We'll discuss all your ideas at length, then design a plan with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll make it all happen, keeping you updated regularly, of course. You can just sit back and sample cake, taste champagne, and smell the roses.
Expressions of Romance
Allow our staff to assist you in planning the perfect romantic date for you and that special person. Weather it be a night on the town, picnic in the park or a quiet evening in the house.We realize that planning the perfect date can be difficult.Let us take the stress out of making sure it is a night that will not only say you are special to me. A night that will also let that special person know that you are special too.
